Richland County is seeking qualified contractors to construct a Regenerative Stormwater Conveyance for approx 1,800' feet of the LJC up ditch to create a series of energy dissipaters that decrease downstream velocities and overall sheet stress, which results in a reduction of downstream erosion and bank stabilization.
