| Description | This project includes the furnish and installation of 1 Trane 7.5 ton Heat pump system, 1 Trane 5 ton Heat Pump System and the addition of three (3) Mitsubishi Ductless Hyper heating units in the men’s room, ladies room, and kitchen of the Penllyn Woods Community Center in Lower Gwynedd Township. Additional improvements include upgrades, repair, or replacement of any equipment electrical connections that are in poor condition or that are not up to code, the furnish and installation of a new custom transition to the existing supply, and a new custom return air base and new return air drop. The contractor will be responsible to connect to the existing electrical supplies in their current locations. |
