Description

The project involves the total removal and replacement of the existing roof system down to existing wood deck which is to remain. In some locations the deck will require repair. The removal and replacement of all existing downspouts and gutters. The installation of new synthetic slate. There is also a substantial amount of existing exterior wood repair and painting at the existing cornice and pediments.
