Linn-benton Community College Main Campus Takena Elevator and Phase Ii Remodel Project, a Public Improvement Project Each Bidder Shall Comply With the Requirements of the Prevailing Wage Rate Law in Ors 279c.800 to 279c.870; Equal Opportunity Requirements; and Provide Worker's Compensation Insurance for Its Employees as Per Ors 656.029. No Bid May Be Withdrawn After the Time and Date Set for the Bid Opening. After this date, damages of $1,000 per business day will be incurred by General Contractor. Substantial completion will be determined as the date that systems are substantially complete and the Owner can occupy or use the area. Full installation of the elevator may extend beyond that date with expected completion no later than September 15, 2023.
