Description

The Project scope includes, but is not limited to, the following major work items: - Mobilization and demobilization; - Site preparation and maintenance; - Provisions for care and control of water; - Structural steel repairs to twelve (12) spillway gates; - Sandblasting and painting twelve (12) entire spillway gates including the trunnion girders; - Sandblasting and painting of all spillway gate hoist motors, gears, drive shafts, and associated mechanical equipment; - New rubber seals and clamp bars on twelve (12) entire spillway gates; - Clean and lubricate wire ropes on all spillway gates; - Sandblasting and painting ten (10) existing stoplogs and lifting beam; - New rubber seals and clamp bars on ten (10) existing spillway - stoplogs; - Fabrication of an additional set of spillway stoplogs and lifting beam; - Sandblasting and painting of all outlet tower hoist motors, gears, drive shafts, and associated mechanical equipment; - Performance of concrete repairs to damaged slab sections within the spillway; and - Disposal, handling, storage, and transportation of all waste generated on project site in accordance with all environmental permits and specifications.
