Eastern Ave Widening and Reconstruction SE 19th St to SE 4th St

Traffic Control Signal Systems, Street/Road Intersection Construction and Repair, Street/Road Lane Construction and Repair, Traffic Control Devices (Signals, Signing, etc.), Stormwater Improvements. Construct approximately 6,353 Linear Feet of Roadway Widening and Reconstruction from SE 4th St to SE 19th St. The reconstruction includes grading, drainage, surfacing, signing & striping, and traffic control. Signals will be upgraded to radar detection at the intersections of Eastern Ave. and SE 19th St. and Eastern Ave. and SE 4th St. Sidewalk will be placed along the west side of the project in locations that currently dont have existing sidewalk or where the existing sidewalk is being removed as a part of the project. A 10-foot-wide multi-use trail will be constructed on the east side for the length of the project. A reinforced concrete box extension will be constructed north of the Eastern Ave. and SE 12th St. intersection to accommodate the widened typical section.
