MMO - Remove and Replace Garage Doors at Williston

1. Remove two existing garage doors, tracks and springs. The electric garage door opener will be re-used. Dispose of the garage doors according to local and State laws. 2. Purchase and install two insulated garage doors. Dimension are approximately 10’2” X 9’0”, white in color, two inches thick, with 2” angle mount leg in track, a 12 inch radius when rolled up, a dual top flap for insect protection, and a 2” gray permanent seal around the perimeter of the door. Midland Thermoguard, 27 gauge steel, R-18 rated insulation value, and 10 year warranty on the door or equal. 3. Purchase and install a track system for each door, including the spring, track, mounting struts and hardware, both on the wall and ceiling. All new door hardware for the installation is required. The only part re-used is the electric garage door opener.
