County Road 25 Bridge Replacement (PER-CR25-2.00) PID 117332. Contractors must be ODOT pre-qualified, and must submit a DBE Utilization plan via Formstack at the time of bid submission. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defect in a bid which does not materially alter the contract document.
