HVAC Work - Leonce & Cynthia Castille

As of November 18th, 2022, project has not been awarded. No timeline of award was established. HVAC at Leonce & Cynthia Castille , 214 Crestview Circle Bid Bond Required No AIR CONDITIONER 1. Approximate Project Start Date is expected to be 12/15/2022 2. Any existing plenums, registers and duct work to be replaced. Must be metal plenum. 3. Provide and install 3 1/2 -ton central air conditioner to be located in closet where existing is located. However, the old unit needs to be removed and allow L.C.G. crew to repair or rebuild deck. 4. Gas fired heater to be 60000 btu's. 5. LCG will supply deck, electrical circuit to the disconnect, and also a gas line with cutoff valve and drain assembly to unit. 6. Install metal elbows at each register to keep flex duct from pinching. Make certain all air leaks from plenum to duct registers are sealed. 7. Provide a case of 12 filters for homeowner.
