Description | The Town of Woodbury, AA/EOE/Title VI, is seeking proposals for a refurbishment of Baseball Field #5 at Hollow Park, including laser grading for drainage, new sod installment, and new clay/conditioner. RFQ - Hollow Park Field Five Refurbishment The Town of Woodbury, AA/EOE/Title VI, is seeking proposals for a refurbishment of Baseball Field #5 at Hollow Park including laser grading for drainage, new sod installment and new clay/conditioner. The Contractor shall include the following in their bid: o Strip existing grass (+/-) 15,000 square feet from infield, base panels to fence lines and four feet beyond infield crescent transition and haul to an onsite location at Hollow Park. o Remove infield lips and provide topsoil to fill depressions and lift grade of infield grass area. o Laser grade 22-44 ton of Town provided Dura Edge to achieve +/- .5% to promote sheet drainage of water on infield skin. o Restore infield, base panels, and outfield crescent with Bluegrass sod. o Rebuild pitcher's mound to proper specifications. o Reset bases, home plate and pitcher's plate to proper dimensions. o Estimate of timeframe to complete work o Confirm availability to complete project in early spring when weather permits. o Reference(s) for similar field work completion in the past two years.
