County Commissioners JUNE 13, 2023 Contract Execution JULY 1, 2023 Pre-Proposal Conference N/A The County reserves the right to eliminate any Offeror that submits incomplete or inadequate responses or is not responsive to the requirements of this RFP Yes: Resumes / Certifications / Licenses of Key Personnel Troubleshooting and repairing of various Domestic Water System pumps such as Aurora, Grundfos, Pentair, Gorman/Rupp as well as other; o Vertical turbine o Split case o End Suction o others This item will cover the cost of materials for pulling and replacing existing water or wastewater equipment as directed by DAC or CRRUA. Additional items included in this task include freight and/or handling charges. Replacement equipment, pump, material must be able to meet duty operating requirements shown in the Unit Price Schedule and shall match motor horsepower (hp) and power requirements. Replacement equipment shall be by the original equipment manufacturer, or equal as determined by DAC/CRRUA. Replacement equipment, pumps, material that require modification to control panel overcurrent protection devices, or replacement of wiring or other associated interior devices necessitating a new field UL 508A certification listing, will not be considered as equal. Payment for Materials – Equipment, pump, material shall be the unit price times the quantity requested by CRRUA/DAC. Unit prices shall be applied under normal circumstances.
