| Description | The following scope of work outlines the requirements for this project. 1. Remove existing roof.(shingles/felt). 2. Replace asphalt shingles with 30 year shingles. (Black). 3. Replace felt with 30#. 4. Use correct roofing nails. 5. Install Flashing to all areas needed. 6. Remove all EPDM. 7. Replace with 0.60 EPDM. 8. Secure all edges of EPDM with black metal flashing. 9. Remove/Repair guttering/downspouts where needed to allow proper drainage away from house. 10. Dispose of all old materials and trash at offsite location. 11. Provide 2 year vendor workmanship warranty. 12. Provide manufacturer warranty. |
