| Description | Temple University (Temple) is seeking qualified contractors to bid on work for the Plumbing and Fire Protection Construction Package for Renovations to the Womens Health Center, located at 1331 E. Wyoming Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19124. The proposed renovations will be in the former CTCoA (formerly Cancer Treatment Centers of America), located at Castor and Wyoming Avenues in the lower northeast section of the City of Philadelphia. These services will be established on the first floor, second floor, third floor and fourth floors of the existing five-story building. Partial areas of the first and fifth floors will be occupied during construction. The gross square footage of the areas to be renovated is approximately 104,000 square feet.
