| Description | The Work consists of roof membrane replacement on Roof Area 9 at UW-Whitewater Rock County in Janesville, Wisconsin for Rock County. The Work includes: 1. Related sheet metal and carpentry work, as indicated within the Construction Drawings. a. Note: Sheet A4.1 indicates where each individual perimeter detail applies. 2. Replacement of any wet/damaged existing insulation, as needed. 3. Installation of 2’x2’x2” concrete pavers around the HVAC unit, The specification is based on Carlisle, Firestone, or Mule-Hide 60-mil EPDM roof system with a twenty (20) year warranty (excluding existing insulation). Contractor’s wishing to use a system from another roof system manufacturer must gain prior approval, per the specified substitution request requirements |
