Description

After consideration of all bids by the Parks and Recreation Committee, they shall announce their decision. The Municipality reserves the right to waive all formalities and to reject any and all bids (and to accept any bid). The contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder unless the Municipality exercises their right to reject all bids Parks and Recreation Committee of the City of Eastport for the following work: Asphalt resurfacing and painting of lines of two tennis courts at Station Park on County Road in Eastport. The total area is 12,720 square feet, approximately 106 feet by 120 feet. The area is made up of two double tennis courts, each court is 78 feet by 36 feet.
