| Description | Tear off old shingles. Add new sheathing to entire roof. Ice and snow guard then water barrier to code. Rubber roofing to the shallow pitched roof. New 2” white roof edge. New flashing for chimney, plumbing vents, and power weather head. 35 year shingles. Permit required. Add 7/16” sheathing over existing wood, screw with proper fasting schedule. The house and shed roof on the garage will be inspected before covering with water barrier. Rubberized roofing over the shallow pitched roof. |
