Description

The concrete must be set until the concrete is hard enough to walk on without damaging the surface. Also to provide barricading to prevent vehicles from parking until cured enough for vehicle traffic. There is also a typo with regard to the control joints (line 14.9) being 5". This should be 5', or 5 feet.
