Southwest Independent School District Multicampus New Gym Hvac And Roof / Ahu Replacement

The Southwest Independent School District proposes New Gymnasium HVAC and Roof / AHU Replacements. New HVAC at Gymnasiums at 11 campuses, Roof Replacement at 4 campuses and AHU replacement at 4 campuses. Miscellaneous exterior new infill new wall systems and miscellaneous painting. The total project is budgeted at a cost of approximately $14,000,000. Add alternates consist of new translucent wall panel system at existing overhead doors at gymnasiums and suspended slab platform in lieu of slab on grade foundation at new air handler at gymnasium at Indian Creek Elementary Project Description: The Project to include but not limited to the following systems: Concrete Slab on Grade Foundation Drywall systems Structural Steel Supports Sealants and Miscellaneous waterproofing Roofing Foam in place roofing Hollow Metal Doors and Frames Paint, Acoustical Ceilings Miscellaneous Building Equipment Mechanical and Plumbing Systems to include HVAC equipment, controls, Plumbing and piping, etc. Electrical Systems to include light fixtures, wiring, panelboards, switches, fire alarms, public address system. Technology Systems Pathways to include data conduits, pathways and drops.

Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution, Central HVAC Equipment.
