NDMO Lawn Maintenance @ Bismarck Location

A spring cleanup will be performed by the Contractor. This shall include the following: power raking, aeration, and over-seeding of the lawn; picking up paper, trash, thistles, etc., from the parking lots (front and back), lawn area, and meshed fence in back of the office building. In the over-seeding, Kentucky bluegrass (Glade or Adalphi varieties are preferred but Park is acceptable) is required. Mowing of grass will be performed to maintain the area according to the specification as described in the drawing below. The areas in which grass is to be mowed are indicated on the attached map and includes all the grass around the office building, in back of the office building, the fence area, and the ditches up to the pavement. Catch or remove all grass clippings from the ground after each mowing. Provide complete grooming of rocks, trees, and shrubs which include cutting out of dead branches, keeping shrubs trimmed to maintain size, and spreading rocks to cover plastic to ensure no weed growth (be careful not to puncture or break plastic and/or sprinkler heads). Meshed fence, sidewalks, lawn, and parking lots will be free of paper, trash, weeds, thistles, etc., after each mowing
