Description

Salinas Union High School District Wellness Center at Salinas Education Center Modular Building NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Ausonio Inc. is requesting sealed bids on behalf of Salinas Union High School District from Modular Contractors for a new PC Approved Wellness Center at the Salinas Education Center, 20 Sherwood Pl., Salinas, CA. The SUHSD Wellness Center at Salinas Education Center shall include a new 2,400 square foot modular structure per Project Manual and per Basis of Design drawings prepared by Peartree + Belli Architects dated October 22. PC Approved design must be ready by late February 2023 and onsite construction activities to begin early to mid June 2023 and be completed by December 2023. Scope of work includes both Preconstruction and Construction services including, but not limited to the following: all labor, material, equipment, tools and services to design and construct a PC Approved (DSA Approved) modular Wellness Center. Preconstruction services include all necessary design, engineering, their own structural engineer of record, shop drawings of building and all related work necessary to obtain DSA Permit Approval. Construction services include all necessary labor, material, equipment, tools, services and facilities necessary to construct; transport, deliver and set; and install modular building structure, stairs and ramps. Applications must be submitted 10 days prior to bid date and qualified 5 days prior to bid. All questions concerning the project should be directed in writing to Pamela Lapham @ pam@ausonio.com.
