Soft Wash and Pressure Wash Building 920

The Work is to provide pressure washing for Building 920 on the Thornley Campus. Soft wash: • The exterior of the building from the top of the building to ground level. • Brick wall on the side of the 920 building. • The portico in the front of the building. • All glass and metal awnings on the building. • All brick pavers, walkways and other pavers in walkways. • The brick pavers in the roadway in front of the 920 building. • All metal on the exterior of the building including metal doors and columns. Clean: • The exterior of the windows after soft washing with Tucker Pole using ionized water so that the windows will not be streaked or spotted from the soft washing process Pressure wash: • All of the concrete sidewalks, pads, loading docks, walls, gutter drains, ramps, landing, steps, stairs, concrete walls, picnic tables and concrete pads, curbs associated with sidewalks around the 920 building. • The entire side walk going to rear parking lot on College Drive. • Concrete pad in the rear of the building to the parking lot bollards. • The seating area in the rear of the building with recycled plastic slats and concrete ash urns.
