Description

The work under this award shall include all labor, tools, materials, equipment, permits, transportation, utilities, engineered drawings, and facilities necessary to provide HVAC services at multiple facilities within City of Tampa. The work shall include, but not be limited to, general preventative maintenance, air/water filter replacement, inspection, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, calibration, and component repair and/or replacement as required. The purpose is to minimize the malfunction, breakdown, and deterioration of all HVAC/R equipment.
