DUPENepali American Community Center Building Addition and Renovation Project

Plans call for the renovation of the first and second floor of the main building, internal partitions for office space, meeting space, toilet and bathrooms, multipurpose hall, and kitchen in accordance with the supplied drawings. The third floor of the main building will be finished as a shell space for future tenant. The Nepali American Community Center (NACC) is soliciting proposals from qualified professional vendors for Interior Renovation and Addition services in a vacant commercial Building and an attached religious structure. A copy of sealed proposal must be received by the NACC prior to 11:59 PM EST on Day, November 5, 2022. Additional copy of the proposal shall be submitted electronically at nacc@nepalicenter.org. The proposal must be under sealed cover and plainly marked as "NACC Building Addition and Renovation Proposal". Proposals shall be delivered or mailed to: 8615-C Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, VA 22030.
