Description

The firm submitting the lowest technical qualified quote will be responsible to provide all qualified personnel, materials, machinery, cleanup/disposal, permitting, documentation and transportation and expertise necessary to remove one (1) existing multi-compartment bulk Unleaded Gasoline & Diesel Above Ground Storage Tank (AST), and all associated hardware and dispose accordingly as required by all Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) / Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Federal, State and Baltimore County guidelines. The firm will also be required to furnish and install one (1) new above ground double wall, multi-compartment Fuel Bulk Storage Tank (compatible for use with Unleaded Ethanol fuel), Diesel fuel and all associated hardware.
