Place 3-8" of Base Gravel (Approximately 3400 Tons) to Improve Base Prior to Grading. 3. Summer 2023, Fine Grade, Water and Compact the Base to Prepare It for Placement of Hot Mix Asphalt. 4. Pave With Hot Mix Asphalt Compacted to Two Inches Thick. 5. Construct a Two Foot Compacted Gravel Shoulder.
