LOCATION: Minuteman Missile National Historic Site, Delta 01 Launch Control Facility, Phillip SD MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $100,000 and $250,000 NAICS CODE: The associated NAICS is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors. The small business size standard is $19M. IMPORTANT NOTICE: New size standards were updated effective December 19, 2022. Businesses registered in System for Award Management (SAM.gov) must update their SAM registration in order to have their small business status updated based on the new size standards. SAM profiles will continue to display the small business status under the old size standards until SAM registration is updated. NOTICE OF SET ASIDE: This project is set-aside for 100% Total Small Business. SCHEDULE: The government anticipates that work will be completed in 90 days including submittal period with work beginning in mid-March 2023. The final performance start date is contingent on issuance of Notice to Proceed. SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and to ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions that may affect the cost of the project, specifications, and performance. The government intends to issue a formal Solicitation with construction specifications and/or drawings on or about January 25, 2023.
