Scope of work - 1.Mowing/Mulching –Use of mower to cut lawn (grass and weeds) and any leaves on the lots. In addition, any trimmingaround utility poles, mailboxes, trees, municipal signs and entry areasthat may be necessary with a hand-held trimmer.Trash pick-up at the property is part of this detail. Priced on a per lot/property basis. 2.Brush Hog –Use of a brush hogmower for rough cutting terrain. Priced on a per lot/property basis. 3.Strip Mowing –Mowing and/or trimming a 5-10-foot swath of the property close to the sidewalk/edge of street/road and, if necessary, the right-of-way median.Priced on a per lot/property basis. 4.Clean up –Removal of volunteer trees, trim bushes, clear plant beds, remove plant material to clear and expose entrances to property, and any other general landscaping requests. Only on special requests from the CCLBA. Priced on a per job basis
