Description

For the removal and disposal of the existing four (4) electric heat pumps and the purchase and installation of five (5) new electric heat pumps that will heat/cool the therapy pool for Mill Creek Park Splash in the Boro Water Park at 1388 Hwy, 24 Hast, Statesboro GA 30461. The five (5) new heat pumps will be used to heat/cool the therapy pool located at Splash in the Boro Water Park. The therapy pool is 75’ x 32’ and is approximately 72,000 gallons. The heat pumps are to keep the pool at the desired temperature of 88 Degree F year round. 1. Old Units: Furnish all materials and equipment, and perform all labor required for disconnecting, removing and discarding the four (4) heat pump units. 2. New Units: Furnish all materials and equipment to install, test and adjust the five (5) new units as necessary. 3. Removal of unused materials. 4. Clean-up of job site. The Contractor shall keep the premises free from accumulation of waste material and rubbish and at the completion of the work, all rubbish, implements and surplus materials shall be removed and leave the project area broom-clean.
