Albuquerque Children`s Museum Explora (X-Studio) Stem Workforce Center Addition Project

Description of Work: The addition of the X-Studio, an 8,000 square foot, educational expansion of Explora`s existing building. Programmed spaces include classrooms, computer lab, maker`s space, offices, lounge and an exhibition space. The X-Studio will connect to the existing entry rotunda. Site drainage will be reconfigured. Renovation of the rotunda will consist of modifications to the gift shop, storage spaces, main entry and a 700 square foot addition of a warming kitchen and cafe.
