Description

This project can be summarized to include Removal of approx. 21,100 square feet of mechanically attached Sarnafil S327 room membrane, salvaging and reusing existing 1/2” gypsum cover board and installing new mechanically attached 60 mil PVC membrane roofing system. All existing roof top equipment, piping, conduits, etc. shall be raised and or removed to allow installation of new flashings and reset.
