RFP Construction Manager - Construction Management Services for Lake Boulevard Transmission Water Main Project

For furnishing the City of Redding a proposal for providing Construction Management Services for Lake Boulevard Transmission Water Main Project, per specifications and general conditions. The bidder shall provide the original (unbound), six (6) copies and a USB drive with a PDF copy of the proposal. Fax or electronic submission of proposals will not be allowed. One (1) set of the Fee Proposal is to be submitted in a separate, sealed envelope. The cut-off date and time for receiving questions regarding this bid is 5:00 p.m. PT, on Tuesday, November 29, 2022. All inquiries must be made in writing and may be submitted to the email address shown below. The plans, specifications, and estimate for the project are being prepared by the City of Redding. A general project description is as follows: Installation of approximately 9,400 feet of 24-inch ductile iron water main in Lake Boulevard from Keswick Dam Road to Masonic Avenue, 1,240 feet of 8-inch PVC water main in Northpoint Road and Redwood Boulevard and approximately 730 feet of 8-inch PVC in Yuletide Avenue and July Way and the replacement of 300 feet of storm drain pipe in Keswick Dam Road There will be 150 workings days for construction of the project.
