Common Area Furnace Replacement Civic Plaza I (High Rise)

A) Replace the existing furnace located in the basement level of Civic Plaza 1. Refer to attachments for location, specifications, and other general information. Basis of Design: Applied Air: model IF-75 or approved equal. B) Contract shall include but not limited to: disconnection of existing piping & ductwork, removal of existing unit, installation of new unit and reconnection and reworking of all piping and ductwork systems for the new unit. Refer to sheet M1.1 for total work both demolition and new work. C) Contractor shall only bid on this project if they can supply, install, and warranty the system listed on the invitation for bid. D) All existing electrical may be reused. Contractor to test wiring and verify that all new systems are operational at completion of project.
