Arrowhead Village Cooling Tower Installation

Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation for the Arrowhead Village Cooling Tower Installation Project, Project Number SBCMP0000061377, for the California State University, San Bernardino, campus. In general, the scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and transportation for the Arrowhead Village Cooling Tower Installation project, on the campus of California State University, San Bernardino. Work consists of removing and replacing two (2) owner-furnished cooling towers serving Arrowhead Village residence buildings 2, 3, and 4. Work shall be completed in a timely and safe environment in accordance with the detailed specifications and special conditions. Construction period shall be sixteen (16) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed with a proposed work schedule of March 20, 2023 - April 4, 2023. The estimated budget for this project is limited to $50,000.00. This project is a public works project and is subject to prevailing wage rate laws The Trustees require the successful proposer to achieve three percent (3%) DVBE participation in contracting construction projects as established in the Request for Proposals. Proposers shall contact the Trustees DVBE Advocate at (909) 537-5145 It will be the responsibility of each proposer to obtain a proposal package in sufficient time to fulfill requirements therein.
