Annual Services Wet Well Cleaning Contract 8

The Owner will provide the Contractor with a priority list of pump stations to clean. The Contractor will contact and coordinate with the Owner each scheduled workday prior to beginning operations at anyone station. The Contractor is expected to clean three stations per workday on average. The Contractor shall not start work on a second station until the first station has been completed and demobilized, unless prior arrangements for parallel crews have been made. An Owner’s representative will accompany the contractor during cleaning operations. The contractor shall adhere to all Federal, State and City requirements when entering a confined space.

Division 03 -	Concrete, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 22 -	Plumbing, Plumbing Piping, Plumbing Equipment.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Instrumentation and Control for Electrical Systems.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Water Utility Pumping Stations, Wells.
Division 44 -	Pollution and Waste Control Equipment, Water Pollution Control Equipment.
