| Description | The Work in the upper roof sections includes the provision of all labor, material, equipment, supervision and administration to include: 1. Remove and dispose of the existing roof flashings and sheet metal down to the existing modified bitumen roof membrane to remain, 2. Replace wet insulation and roof membrane in accordance with unit prices and quantity allowances, 3. Fully adhere two-ply modified bitumen roof membrane in cold-process, low VOC adhesive along with flashings and accessories, 4. Replace sheet metal flashings and trim, and 5. Provide a complete, watertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly. |
