| Description | Provide labor, equipment, and materials to demo and remove existing dish machine and components. Install new dish machine, steam booster heater, and pot and pan washer unit. Provide labor, equipment, and materials to disconnect existing electrical connections and re-install new electrical as needed for new machine. Test machine and all installed parts/electrical for proper working order. Equipment Requirements: 1. One (1) each conveyor type commercial dishwasher with left to right feed 2.High temp/dual sanitizer 3. Ability to wash 244 racks/hour @ .49 gallon per rack 4. 3 HP wash pump, auto-fill, drain pump filter with 2-stage pump strainer 5. Top mounted controls 6. Dual rinsing system 7. Stainless steel motor panels 8. Stainless steel construction 9. Electric tank heat with high-capacity heaters 10. Steam booster heater (provide specifications and justification for model recommended and bided). 11. Pot and pan washer (provide specifications and justification for model recommended and bided). |
