Description | Project scope shall include the Utility Improvements, approximately 10,554 LF of 8" water, 9,468 LF of 10" and 8" sanitary sewer, and 4,616 LF of 7'x3' RCB through 18" RCP storm sewer, all as per NCTCOG, Construction Plans and City of Josephine specifications to serve 199 lots on approximately 59 acres. The project is located West of the intersection of F.M. 1777 & Double R Pass in City of Josephine ETJ, Collin County, Texas. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Make the Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the above-designated closing time will be returned unopened. |
