| Description | The Westford Water Department, acting through its Town Manager and Board of Water Commissioners, is accepting sealed Request for Proposals (RFP) for Professional Wastewater Treatment Facilities Contract Operation Services for the period of December 1, 2022 through November 30, 2023, with an annual renewal option for two consecutive years thereafter, in accordance with the Scope of Services detailed in this RFP The scope of services generally consist of the operational oversight and maintenance, as well as Groundwater Discharge Permit compliance associated with the Towns wastewater treatment facilities located on the grounds of the Blanchard School, Westford Academy, Abbot School, and the Stony Brook School located in Westford, Massachusetts. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any or all bids, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. |
