| Description | The objective of this project is for the Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to remove the Steam Boilers, Domestic Hot Water Heating System and all associated equipment from the main clinic building, (H-100) and Central dedicated Steam Plant building, (H106) at Naval Health Clinic Corpus Christi, Texas, and install new high efficiency condensing type boilers to serve the air terminal unit heating coils, fan coil units, AHU pre-heating coils and Domestic Hot Water Heating System for the facility in accordance with all Federal, State, and Installation codes and laws, to include preparation of a design as discussed below. |
