• 1,404 linear feet of stream restoration; • Grading through cut and fill to improve the channel; • Installation of rock structures; • Stabilizing a bike and pedestrian pathway; • Installation of new culvert upstream; • Installation of culverts adjacent to stream and under a bike and pedestrian pathway; • Planting all disturbed area (total disturbed area will be 2.14 acres); • Post construction maintenance; and • Protection of existing infrastructure, including a 30” watermain and sanitary sewer during construction.
