Vertical Lift Fabric Hangar Doors

The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to repair and maintain the continuous and safe operation of the Vertical Lifting Fabric Hangar Doors (VLFHD) located at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. The scope of performance includes, but is not limited to: the preventative maintenance, inspection / testing, repair, and certification of vertical lifting fabric hangar doors listed in Appendix A of the attached Performance Work Statement in accordance with (IAW) all local, state, federal laws / regulations, manufacturer’s requirements, Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), and Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) 08 34 16.20, in a manner that shall ensure continuous and safe operation. The contractor shall maintain records of any preventative maintenance, inspection / testing, repair, and certification conducted on vertical lifting fabric hangar doors.
