| Description | In general, the work consists of: Replacement of approx.4,700 sq. feet of failed ballasted EPD with new ballasted .060 black Ethylene Propylene-Diene-Monomer (EPDM) over & 1” Polyisocyanurate insulation over 5” existing insulation left in place to obtain 20-yr No-Dollar- Limit (NDL) labor and material warranty. The system also includes all new metal copings,scuppers & counter flashing’s. |
