Animal Shelter Puppy/Cat Room Kennel Tops and Enclosures

• Provide all materials and workforce to complete a remodel of the Animal Shelter as per provided documents. • Provide all Permits and Planning reviews as per Forsyth County Codes. • Establish work area and route from exterior. • Establish exterior area for laydown. • Establish dumpster area. • Safe off area for work to maintain dust and debris not filtering into other areas by air travel or by existing HVAC. • Protect HVAC and Alarm device from dust infiltration with Life Safety dust/paint covers. • Remove existing kennels and hardware in the Puppy Room and store at Owner’s direction within the facility. • Provide two etrenzik LED lighting, 4 foot Vaportight luminaire BOD. • Frame new solid gypsum board wall, approximately 26’-6” long, in puppy/cat room on hallway side just inside existing wall and add one 3068 door with lites on reception area wall and silver lever handle to match existing doors in area. • Paint total renovated area, including but not limited to walls, doors & door frames, ceiling touch up as needed and hall side wall at existing doors. • Professionally tint hall side windows in puppy/cat room and door lites with black out film. • Provide and place new SHOR-LINE, BOD, kennel tops, approximately 56, per manufacturer’s specifications and installation instructions to specific size of each kennel. Kennel sizes vary and it will be the responsibility of the Contractor to take measurements and order the correct size SHOR-LINE tops. • Provide and place new outdoor All Clear vinyl curtains, Alco Custom Covers Side-to-Side on wall mounted roller track with anchor straps is the BOD, to protect outside kennels from winter weather per manufacturer’s specifications and installation instructions. Contractor is responsible to take measurements to order the outside vinyl curtains. There are 9 outside area runs requiring curtains with lengths going from 21’+ to 47’+. • All work areas are to be cleaned and free of dust and debris at substantial completion.
