Contract 3 - Distribution System

Work include approximately 7,200 feet of watermain installation through direct bury and 4,700 feet through horizontal directional drilling, on Pine Street, Sabina Street, Elm Street, Euclid Street, Harrison Street, and Maple Street (M66). Water service reconnections to existing water main are proposed on Pine Street (M66). The work also includes abandoning existing water mains, connecting to existing watermains, new water services, valves, fire hydrants. Restoration work includes asphalt paving, concrete paving, concrete sidewalk and ramps, gravel driveways, curb and gutter replacement, topsoil and seeding and all related work. Grading and drainage improvements are proposed at the water tower. This contract also includes installing water meters and implementation of a new radio-read meter reading system.
