Hickman Center Sewer

First Option Locate sewer line south of the building, excavate down remove section of pipe for camera inspection. If the pipe look’s useable then dig and run new sewer line connecting to existing. Remove tree on the south side and grind stump that’s existing. Back fill compact and replace sidewalks that was removed for excavation. Permits required for plumbing and city walks. Second Option Remove 100’ of city sidewalk. Cut and remove 25’ of street with a curb cut. Remove tree on south side of the utility hole that has already been dug. Permit required. Grind stump existing stump on the South West corner. Must be down below grade after concrete has been removed. Excavate 125’ trench to lay a minimum 4” pvc new sewer line. One clean out per code on the outside of building. Hooking up to line coming out of building and tapping new into the main. Permit required 2015 IPC. Backfill and compact trench after inspection. Form and compact a rock base then pour concrete after approved inspection for city sidewalks. Compacted rock base for street and curb repairs. Inspection before pour. Permit required. Finish grade and seed areas as needed. Remove excess material from jobsite. Contractor is responsible for removing dirt on the street during and after the completion of sewer project.
