Merritt College Secondary Power Substation "C" Replacement

This project consists of Replacement of the existing medium voltage, "Substation C", at Merritt College. The existing Substation C system is to remain active until the replacement is installed and power has been transferred. The work shall include, but not be limited to, the demolition of the existing equipment, associated civil, landscape, structural and electrical work as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation,services, permits, temporary controls and construction facilities, and all general conditions,seismic requirements, general requirements and incidentals required to complete the work on the project in its entirety as described in the contract documents. The District is asking experienced and proven General Contracting firms to have been pre-qualified through Quality Bidders prior to bid submission.
