Project Description: Stout is excited to be bidding on the Elko Institute for Academic Achievement Charter School located in Elko, NV. This project is approximately 31,030 sq. ft. and is a wood framed building. ***Prevailing wages are required on this project. The scope of work is to include but not limited to concrete, masonry, structural steel, rough carpentry/ wood framer, drywall, insulation, roofing, paint, tile, flooring, finishes, fire sprinklers, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, earthwork, asphalt, etc. Subcontractors will carefully and thoroughly review the drawings and specifications, satisfying themselves as to the nature and location of the work and the character, quality, quantities of materials and difficulties that may be encountered, the kind and extent of equipment and other facilities needed for the performance of the work and any other items which may affect the work or its performance.
