The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids for the installation and modification of various types of traffic signals and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) in all counties in Division 12. The Contractor is to furnish labor, material, equipment and traffic control: The availability date for this contract will be July 15, 2023. The completion date of this contract will be July 14, 2024.
