| Description | Partial siding replacement on Indian Peaks Clubhouse. Remove & Replace , Exterior finishing to include all cedar shake siding, facia, soffits, gutters & downspouts on the Indian Peaks Golf Course (IPGC) clubhouse. Replace with James Hardie C+ straight edged shake to match the existing parts of the clubhouse already completed. Install horizontal slat siding to match the look of the two tone newly added offices on the southwest portion of the clubhouse pictured in Column 1, Row 3 of Appendix A (outlined in red). Carry the same sight line around the building including the dock wall , entrance areas, and cart barn. Remove existing gutters and downspouts and install new seamless product. Utilize James Hardie C+ solid soffit & James Hardie Trim and replace vents to match. Inspect and repair/replace oversized white (1x15) frieze board a s needed . Include transition trim. |
