| Description | Electrical Work Electrical work will be identified in the Task Order and may include, but is not limited to, work on: • Low voltage systems up to 600 volts, • Medium voltage up to 15KV, • Lighting, alarm, public address systems, • installation/repairs of the 115KV substation at FC • Other work ancillary to the above. Mechanical Work Mechanical work will be identified in the Task Order and may include, but is not limited to, work on: • Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, and associated controls. • Hydronic heating and cooling systems, and associated controls, • Operation of cranes, lifts, and hoists and other work ancillary to the above. Plumbing Work Plumbing work will be specifically identified in the Task Order and may include, but is not limited to, work on: • Plumbing and pipe fitting, • Installation of piping, pumps, valves and associated controls, • Welding, cutting, and brazing, and other work ancillary to the above. |
